Walk round Edinburgh zoo yesterday, omg I never realised I was so unfit 😭been before n forgot how hills have no top 🤣loved it and think I walked my lunch off xx

Got to lose the weight, 48%kidney function, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, boarder diabetes ffs get to 55yrs n fall apart never had any issues then happens all at once
