you must be super active at your weight to be able to burn over 1800 calories a day. I'm at 124 and rarely go over 1200. 5' 6"

When I was in college I wasn't that active and I had to stay around 1200-1300 calories a day to lose a pound a week. I've been running now for the past 2+ years and I did a lot of biking last summer. Being active helps build that muscle and muscle burns calories!

Hope it works for you! I went from 150 to 130 on 1800 calories, even though theoretically that was too much. Still haven't figured that one out 🤔

Google Fit always seemed to show that I should have been eating less than 1800 just to maintain, much less lose. That's why I said it was too much. Granted, Google Fit misses a lot of steps because I often have my phone stashed on a desk or table while I'm wandering around
