Not too bad given that I've been indulging in purpose throughout December. Fat percentage has stayed the same, which is amazing to me. Back to recording and eating healthy though!
139.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
