Well scale did not move.
I moved yesterday. Got my run in.

Today I did some walking and weights with youtube. Also got some squats and lunges in.

Will the scale be inspired an move down for me tomorrow. I guess we will see.

Wore these that I found in a thrift store. They are heavy so just for a bit.
125.6 lb Lost so far: 60.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

They are ankle weights. I use them for some of the walking videos for a bit. Good abs work. I am sure Jane Fonda had her pedicure game on
