Super Happy about my results, even thou this week I cheated when I shouldn´t have, 'cause at work we had a Nacho party on Wednesday and I ate a plate, I feel completely guilty of breaking my clean eating regimen in the middle of the week, so I worked harder Thursday and Friday on the kitchen and with the workout too. I thought I was not going to loose 2 pounds this week, I thought it was going to be less, so I'm surprised with this result :)
165.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

Your diet needs to be sustainable for a lifetime in order to lose and keep it off. If having a treat now and again helps you stay on program and keep it more enoyable, then there is nothing wrong with it. You didn't let it derail you and went right back the next meal. Our bodies work in weird ways. I think you did great and your chart looks wonderful.

Thanks Suzi, I try to do one cheat meal a week, so I don't feel like I'm depriving myself from little pleasure, but is usually on Saturdays or Sundays when I cook a nice meal with my family or we eat out. so I just decided this weekend will be different and will eat normally. Thanks for the advice and support

Good loss. Good for you for getting right back on plan. Some time one cheat meal can lead to a day but not for you.

No, I had to learn to control those cheat meals to avoid converting them into a cheat day and then ruin all my progress Thanks for the support.
