Signed into FatSecret for the first time in months. I got a Jawbone Up2 about a month ago and started exercising more regularly, but I've also been eating more, too, resulting in weight gain. I need to monitor both exercise and food. so here goes...
174.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
