Happy upcoming Thanksgiving to us - A very healthy approach will be taken. anything rich? 3 bite rule 1st - savor Oh Yeah baby it's great. 2nd - Mmmmm 3rd - notice that the impact of the first bite is over & stop. Move on to something better - by better I mean healthier, more flavorful etc
