Weighed in after my morning run - ran 3.1mile in 26:40 total 3.5 in 30 min. Started treadmill at 7.0 and kept for most of run.
226.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job! I love a good morning run! I can't wait until I've saved up enough to buy a new treadmill! UGH! LOL! Have you ever tried to run a 5k? If not, you should try it! It's a great experience. I ran my first one this year. I had knee surgery so my time's slower than yours, but you meet a lot of great people and it's just amazing!
