Off course just a little, but not too bad with food. I must make my food plan work for me even when in a new environment...new house, new community. new people and a dog that is freaking out at all this change! I know that things will settle down, but for now, change is stressful and I'm ready for all to be right in my world again. Have a great day ...stay true.
