I didn't binge yest I new I'd feel even worse I ate good, n I think I need new scales or yesterday was a holding day, I weighed in again this morning and have lost 4lb over night, what ever it was I feel so much happier today with the scales, thanks everyone for ur support xx
170.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Heatherboardman, thanks. Had a busy day spent most of the day with some of our Grandchildren and their friend. It was fantastic. Then I walked a long way home while Jim went to see his cousin. Back home now resting a d drinking a cup of tea. Have a lovely weekend too. Much love Merry Mel ❤️
