My walking is small 10 mins 4 times a day close to 4000 steps

walk when I get to my first school
then walk to laps at my bus barn
then another in the evening
studying fit bits to see which one is the best and affordable

knee pain is getting less .. but Im not pain free

lowered my RDI
little steps become big when we inch it away

Its hard exercise when are in pain, and boy do I understand the whole knee pain thing. I've had issues since early twenties on. One major reconstruction surgery in my early 30's. You were successful, today! One step closer!

Thanks, DreamCatcher. Nobody ever called me leader of the pack before, so it's sweet of you to say that! I am a walker, so I know how much you have been walking, even with pain. I admire your step counts! Sweet dreams.

I read on a senior exercise site, that exercise is cumulative. If you do it 10 minutes at a time 4x a day, you get just about the same benefit as if you did it 40 minutes straight. Good way to get it in without putting a strain on your knee. Nice drop too!
