First weigh in since forever. Took some time off work, some time off P90X, and ate lots of good food and drank lots of good beer.

Not too much damage done I suppose.

Getting back on track this week, giving Shaun T's Insanity a whirl, so far I'm not liking it. Yes it's hard, but I think I'd prefer a more weight lifting focused routine.

Going to stick it out for the rest of this week, might keep some of the exercises around for cardio days, but other than that, I think I'm done with Insanity.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
