Well, I'm where I was yesterday number-wise but I'm not letting that get me down as I'm only on day 3. I'm really proud of myself today. Had my eggs in the morning. When it came to lunch, I was asked to go, and Jimmy John's came up. Well, my "go-to" has always been the #1 "Pepe" with extra mayo and added cucumbers. Plus a bag of BBQ Jimmy Chips, can't forget those, right? I know Jimmy John's is one of those places that caters to those who may not be eating bread, so I said yes.

I didn't even THINK about falling off the wagon. This is big for me. I would have usually said forget about it at this point and would have binged on a sub and chips. Nope, I got the unwich (no chips, obviously ;), which is the sub wrapped in big romaine leaves. And I'm being 100% honest here - I didn't feel like I missed much. Everything that was on it, I could have, and I calculated it out on the nutrition calculator on their site - yep, it was going to ring in at 6 carbs. Which I can definitely do! :)

So today, I went without, but I didn't miss a thing. Awesome feeling.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
