Went on a hike yesterday, went for a run today. Just need to get my eating under control. I need to cut out all the sugar I've added since school started. Scrubs are getting kinda tight! Wow, and after logging my food for today, I realize why I started putting weight back on! Time to start paying attention to what I put in my mouth and log my food again.
158.6 lb Lost so far: 41.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sounds like you are pretty active. Must be nice weather where you are. It's raining here, but I'm not complaining we need the rain badly.

The weather here won't get too bad until after January, aside from the wind. If it's windy, I'm doing nothing! HAHA
