No consistent cardio, ate resturant food from Colnel Brooks during past 2 days with Pasta, tomatoes, fried calamari, fried tomatoes, chicken, sausage, yada, yada, yada...
229.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
