Day 3 - Shopping and errands day

Today woke up early and by 6:30am was out of the house with errands list and shopping. I had noted that a supermarket downtown was getting in some shrubs and wanted to be the first to pick out the best for my winter window boxes...so this will be my project this weekend and I can't wait! Still managed to do laundry load before heading out and took it off the line on my return, cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. I will try and fit in something tonight after gym. Loving this workout! yesterday 20,196 steps!


114.4 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
