My eating is horrible!!! It is defeating all my exercise efforts in getting me the results I desire.I am determined to learn better nutrition & eat healthy. Begin NOW!

Try to have peppermint tea with you at all times when you are hungry, and its not time to eat drink a cup. Works for me.

OVNIOLOGO Hi! I dont recall meeting you yet :) Thanks for the suggestion. My choice of drink is water. I really like it ICE cold. I just need to drink more, as you mentioned. Looking forward to chatting with you again. :)

BELLA! I love hearing from you :) I had my walk before it rained & feel really good. I see my awe thin TIC self more in my attitude than anywhere else at the moment & that is GREAT in my opinion because ACTION follows thought. :) Hope your day is lovely too. ;)
