I hardly ate anything yesterday. It was a good day but kinda weird as Sundays are the day that I have to reset. I work graveyard Saturday night, come home and try to only sleep for a few hours because then I have to be in bed by 8 to get up at 4am and go to clinical at the hospital on Monday. I did do squats and planks though. I'm easing myself back into a routine of exercise and it's working. Now I just need to get my eating back into a routine. It will get easier once clinicals over, only two more weeks!
