Not sure about the gain, as I worked my behind off yesterday mowing grass and helping reorganize a shed full of various weighted items. Four hours of glorious fun…I expected a little weight loss. Oh well.
255.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe that gain is MUSCLE. Or maybe you drank the right amount of water and you’re just a little more hydrated. But either way, the exercise will pay off.
