I'm finally starting to feel better after a couple of weeks of little/no sugar. If I can just remember that it's like a drug that just makes me want more.
144.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 August 2009:
1388 kcal Fat: 62.83g | Prot: 71.58g | Carb: 132.10g.   Breakfast: ground pork, grape tomatoes, serrano peppers, tortilla whole wheat, cheese. Lunch: Omega Buttery Spread, French baguette bread, balsamic vinaigrette, kalamata olives, feta cheese, spinach and spring mix, cucumber. Dinner: almonds, Low Sodium V8 100% Vegetable Juice, basmati rice, zucchini, tilapia. Snacks/Other: almond butter, rice cake. more...
