Body fat from my scale. I don’t think it’s accurate, but same time everyday gives me an overall picture of trends

It’s important to figure out what’s for you. A lot of work, but I’ve recorded food, weight, body fat and activity to figure out exactly what I need. I’ve learned my biggest problem is not eating enough. If I eat too low calorie I gain weight. Sounds backwards, but it’s how I operate.

That's what I like about this site. We find what works for us as individuals instead of being 'bullied' into a group program. :-)
