Still feeling generally discouraged although the scale says I've lost a pound. I wish there was another option for the field about how well you followed your diet plan, there's no 'meh' option. That's what I'd use now. I don't feel accomplished. I generally feel stagnant in my life and it's really hard to think positively. :/ Hopefully I won't lose this progress, though today certainly isn't much help as I overdid lunch. I will be so glad when my doctor clears me for eating dairy, wheat and raw veggies again. Having to work around those foods has been a royal pain.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
