no change in weight but losing some cms here and there:) yeah I am reverting to my lovely clothes wardrobe I had before and fitting it in nicely....making the most of the clothes i had bought when larger for the summer, i am hoping to ditch them soon, but am also hoping i won't need to revert back to them after Christmas :) Just booked my place for Halloween Disco Party :) it will be my first night out with friends since the beginning of summer! it will be a Friday night, hope i behave!
117.9 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kathy thanks! I know all too well how quickly i pile on the weight in just one night and then take a whole week to take that off! it was disheartening for me to say the least...only when i said NO to all the entertainment my friends organised this summer, did i see my effort show but as you say, I have to learn how to play the new game now. Friends can be supportive but some will try to sabotage your efforts even though it's fun being around them. I just needed to know myself more and now i feel ready :)
