Feeling renewed somewhat. I just stepped on the scale after two weeks and saw a loss. I believe I'm going to go another two weeks without stepping on, this time giving it some effort and starting my new walking regime. Keep it up everyone!
176.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did NOT catch up to you, but I have honestly hardly exercised at all these last two weeks and I've been eating more meat and dairy with the removal of the sugar intake, so I am overall rather pleased with my actual loss and with how my clothes fit and how I look. I looked at a photo this morning that we took with Mom when we went up to the North Shore. It was not all that many weeks ago, but I think I look a lot lighter than I did then. Photos of me are always puffed out. You know, it is true what they say about the camera adding 10 pounds! Why IS that? It's just wrong. So I may join you with another challenge of waiting two weeks to weigh myself. It adds intrigue and accountability over a longer term. I like that. We have a few cheats coming up since we are going to Eric's parent's this month and Dad will be here next weekend. I am not expecting much. But I will try and exercise more to compensate for my planned cheats. If I can make it through the next two weeks without gaining, I will be satisfied.
