Elimination diet ended - Round 2/day 5 super cardio party + 20min quick

Well elimination diet has come to a close and I am introducing wheat at lunch time, so far i have noticed a runny nose just after i eat but forgot to take my pulse after 20, 40 and 60 minute intervals after consuming it.

My daughter baked an orange and chocolate cake and begged me to taste...I had a generous helping right before her eyes...it was divine and made her very happy! I came out with a strong craving for a nice cup of coffee but resisted cos if I touch coffee i would not have been able to stop. c'est la vie! (it also means I had egg, chocolate and citrus today, besides wheat!)

I'm hoping the rest of the family will pitch in and devour the cake before i get home from work...and praying she starts uni next Wed so she stops all this baking craze! Well, she is practicing to impress her boyfriend and experimenting with cake choice for his birthday to surprise him! anyone else in the same situation? well at least it's good... unlike the cookery classes in school!
118.4 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
