I am getting discouraged. It seems that the more I work out the less I lose. I know it is healthy to lose up to two pounds a week but when I did the HCG diet I lost so much so fast it was great. But then I gained it all back. I just need to keep focused on the bigger picture. If I keep going the way I am I will feel better and keep it off.

I went to our county fair last night and had a funnel cake. I saved all my flex points just for that one thing. I hope it wasn't more. But it was my treat for working so hard all week.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're doing really well! It can be hard to adjust back to a slower pace of weight loss if you've been use to more. But it is better for your body composition (fat to muscle ratio) & over all health. All that working out will pay off in the long run because even if it slows weight loss down abit now, it will be because you're gaining muscle which will tone you, raise your metabolism, burn more calories & give you the freedom to enjoy more.
