OOPS! What a fat day yesterday. Went to Costco and had a slice of their wonderful pizza. I usually just eat the toppings but yesterday for some reason, a moment of insanity, I ate the entire thing! I truely believe the big enemy in this was the diet soda...diet soda is a big NO NO for me...heck, I threw all caution to the wind and added unwanted pounds to my backside. I find that it is impossible for me to add even the smallest amounts of carbs back into my diet without seeing a weight gain. My body simply is not able to process the carbs and thus weight gain. Only 2 things different in my food intake yesterday...pizza dough and diet soda. Its a sad day when 1 slice of pizza and a diet soda adds 1&1/2 lbs...

It's probably more a side effect of the high salt in pizza dough, and aspartame in diet soda. (I gain water-weight like crazy when I have those!) Give it a full day to get out of your system, and I'll bet the scale go's back down! We all have days when we just do what we want. (even if it's a bad idea... evil, evil temptation!)
