I work really hard to keep my weight between 130 and 133. My goal for the rest of my life is to never reach beyond 135, which is so far from the 186 start. For all you out there on this weight loss journey I promise you that it can be done. Decide on a food and exercise plan and follow it daily. Set short term goals within the long term and celebrate them when reached. Create ways to get the mind off of food cravings such as having a good friend talk you through, take a walk or the simple trick I used was to brush my teeth. Having that just brushed feeling somehow took my mind off food. This is such a supportive group on this site. Stay true...
131.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
