Day 9 Elimination Diet - Zumba Max DVD

So I finished the 7 day rapid results program yesterday and I am reporting measurements:

Measurements 17/9/2014 first measurements 24/9/2014 and then Target per Venus Index:

Age 51
Height 156cm
Weight was 55.6kg, now 53.9kg, Target 51.8kg so lost 1.7kg in 7 days and 2.1kg to go!

Waist was 63cm, now 60cm, target 59.59cm, nearly there!
Hips was 92cm, now 91cm, target 84.62cm - 91.18cm, would like to go in at 88cm
Chest 83cm, now 81cm - bah! this is were you shrink quickly unless you do weights!
Wrist - 15cm, no change
Forearm - 26cm, now 25cm
Tummy circumference - was 79cm,now 77cm, no target here but i would like to go flatter!
Shoulder circumference - was 96cm, no change.

Wow! so I am nearly there on target weight, waist measurement, shoulder and for hip I am at the high end for target measurement. Not a bad job in 7 days!

I am very happy since I have gone through this elimination diet and will extend it to 14 days instead of 10 days. I chose 10 days cos i had my doubts i would even be able to stick with it but the benefits are tremendous. so I am following the recommendations on the ebook Diet Wise which i bought a digital version for $19.95 from this website http://www.dietwisebook.com. I am on chapter 11 and will move on to Chapter 12 after the 14 days are over. It works and you never feel hungry. I am loving the results! I read reviews of it before purchasing and there were only 3 negative reviews out of 50, so I gave it a try and what he says makes sense finally. I recommend it - for life and for your family. I have 2 out of 3 of my kids who can't stand tomatoes, this book explains why...and I always treated them as peculiar...Now I have full respect for their likes cos not everyone is the same. We may have intolerances which we dismiss as common cold when in fact they could be allergens in what we consume daily out of eating habit. I am looking at foods in a different way and I love it. I will review my diet on 1st October and will check if I should add dairy,eggs, chicken, caffeine, grains and citrus which i have completely eliminated and have not missed and today is day 9. My daughter is baking red velvet cupcakes as I write... She took the day off work and is baking away...I already told her I will not be tasting but i will freeze my portion for a treat. I'm not craving sweet or sugary baked things but I like my fruits, so i will not even have a taste, cos that triggers alot of emotions, i would say!
118.8 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

HI Dimigun, I am reading the book Diet Wise i bought a digital version so immediate access, from this website http://www.dietwisebook.com. I wish i found this book a year ago, it would have saved me alot of heartache and pining!It explains food in simple terms - I could not understand why I was exercising so much and watching my food intake and still suffered bloating and my weight would go up and not down....it's all in there! in my journal i also list the food groups i have eliminated, meaning no taste at all. The weight is dropping off by itself and i am exercising less! It's really all about our food choices and what works individually. This book gives that knowledge and is written by a doctor.
