Barely lost a thing this week but to be honest, I don't mind. Its festival time and a whole bunch of my pals from the UK are over and we've been really enjoying ourselves.
They go home on Monday so I'll get back on the horse then.
155.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
