Down to 188.4 after lots of water this morning. Doing really well. I am starting to see some results and it's motivating me more and more.

Opted for a turkey bacon sandwich this morning instead of my usual oatmeal to try and boost my protein intake. Only 4 pts for the sandwich compared to the 2-3 pts for my oatmeal. I also feel much more full, and the sandwich was genuinely energizing compared to the mush I normally eat.

I'm going to do my best to not pig out completely this weekend.
188.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
