mostly planning - plan meals and plan exercise - I'm not going hungry so I'm thankful my extra weight's dropping without my having to feel like I'm dieting or missing a lot food [don't want that :)]
275.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.0 lb a week
