Dukan Day 2

Lost just over a pound. Probably water weight. Hard to get the calories just eating protein. I haven't cracked 500 cals yet. I know! I know "metabolism stall" "starvation mode", Am trying to get the numbers up-planning on bingeing on one egg and some greek yogurt tomorrow! Woot!

Started two new meds today, so not sure if my tiredness/nausea/lack of appetite is side effect or diet effect or as it most probable both.

The plan is to feel better tomorrow.

Remind me to tell the story of yesterday's doctor visit.
152.7 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yikes! You're scaring me with the low calories. Glad you're trying to get the numbers up. Go crazy! Have 2 eggs! :)

Eat some veggies, I know of no diet that thinks veggies are bad.

Ha Amy! 2 eggs? Luxury! Problem is-I HATE eggs! Icy-veggies are starting in 2 days. This diet calls for only protein for first five days. Don't ask me why....:)
