You look marvelous. On June 4 you wrote that you were doing CrossFit & eating clean~~ “no dairy, no meat, no starches” and then proceeded to lose 26 pounds! So if you don’t mind my asking, what is your average daily intake, all plant based, & how often do you get to the gym?
