Damn...I have been really good...a couple of slips yesterday but otherwise strictly on Induction, including no alchohol. I feel I should be losing faster!
172.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You should be eating more veggies than what's listed on your diet tracker, that could be why you're not losing as fast.
