Made sure I got veggies in today at lunch, even tho I was not very hungry. Rode 2 miles on my bike after I got home from work. Still disappointed in the total weight loss for the first 2 weeks of Induction, but I am going to stay on it. Menopause is definitely part of the problem. I know everyone keeps saying to increase veggies, but Dr. Atkins original 1972 diet had NO carbs the first 2 weeks. But veggies do help fill so I will make a concerted effort to get them in.
