The book 'Diet Wise' I am currently reading is a real eye opener. I am making it a point to read at least a chapter a day. I have come to the interesting part where i found out if i have any allergies or addictions to food and then self diagnose ny elimination. Interesting was what happened yesterday... I baked some bread using a 1kg packet of Spelt flour which I had in my pantry. The bread was delicious and by this morning, only a 250g loaf was left. Yesterday I did not give much attention but I went into successive sneezing bout just after consuming the bread...today i noticed a +2cm gain on my waist measurement and after toasting 2 slices from the leftover loaf and consumed, Sneezing spell again! I don't think it agrees with me! I am going to make a list of whatever food I am consuming (I will journal this on FS) and another list of foods I would binge on if I had the chance; to help track the culprit foods...cos if I am feeling top of the world on some days and feel like crap on some days, then it must be the foods I am consuming to alter this cos there is nothing wrong with me really! We so take things for granted and I'm glad this book came along.. I was feeling it a bit of a drag journaling my food intake on FS but it does give an insight of what it is going on and how food is altering my metabolism and my moods and weight and measurements. To us and renewed energy!
125.2 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
