Very Busy week... Between catering jobs and kids sport activities and school. Did not exercise much but i'm glad i was able to control my food intake. happy with my result.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
