The only problem I'm having staying on the maintance diet is my desire for sweets. A jar of peanut butter and a spoon would answer all my prayers. At night I have sugar free jello with cool whip and 1/2 Atkins Bar,but I would love to get off the bars. They are expensive and aren't the best for me...any ideas out there to help out would be appreciated. Does anyone know the chocolate substitute they use for their bars? I would love to be able to make my own.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Make yourself a nice sugarfree "cheesecake." Goggle, lowcarb chocolate syrup. For your cravings, put a teaspoon of Virgin Coconut Oil in your coffee/tea and you will see the difference within a few days.
