happy to have gained only .1 pound after all the birthdays and yummy cupcakes. this means my body is finally adjusting to eating normal again. I will just have to work really hard it seams to get these last 5 pounds off to make my goal weight. then I will reevaluate if I need more off or not. next is to start toning up. I know this will generally add some weight but I will see the difference in close and most likely still get smaller.
151.3 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

This is crazy, so many birthdays last day or 2, I am trying not to wreck myself today either, 1 pound is good. tomorrow I see Gynocologist and she expected 4 lb loss this month...I will have to go back and look but I think I have done that at least if I don't blow it on my birthday. I think you are doing great and look great

thank you cinthia. this has been a crazy month. lots of birthdays. labor day and great snacks at work. I need to start working out now. I have 5lbs left to reach goal. I cant seem to fit it in with all the work around the house and lake house that has to be done. I've gotten soft and I think once I build some muscle back up the rest will come off easily.
