yes, no signs yet, but started 1200 cal last week of aug. haven't tried a feast day but will. I will watch it and I appreciate your advice. thank you

GREAT DAY!!!
wow!!! Very happy this a.m., my husband yesterday said I am getting so tiny, said don't lose too much weight. But I started at 164.6 a week before I started fat secret July 8th, so I had lost aprox 11Lbs give or take some ounces. well this morning I realized what I was losing most was inches, and like overnight (in my eyes). I really think its the swimming and exercise I do in the water. Anyway got home from my workout and weighed in at 152.8... Very happy... AND by the way 2 WEEKS SMOKE FREE today

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Rolling Eyes First thing every morning, unless I forget and get something to drink first, then I weigh but don't record. The hardest thing is being honest and recording everything when I know I was bad the day before, but so far I have been honest lol Evil or Very Mad
