Without Sugars, I felt fine for the first week, yesterday it hit me. I haven't had the strength to do much. Considering fat burners to give me energy to exercise. I'm not sure if they are healthy though. any advice? Feel overall drained as my body is looking for alternate sources of fuel.

Still on No Carb Diet. Its tough. I've eaten alot and lost 10 lbs. However, I haven't been able to go to the bathroom I 4 days so i'm thinking I may have lost more, if i went. I seem to lose alot when i sleep.

250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

dont take hydroxycut! it was recently recalled for causing liver damage! the only 'fat burning' I'd recommend taking is something natural, like green tea supplements.

Drink lots of water! That will help replace volume and fluids that you don't get from the food you aren't eating. I think fat burners is not fuel - I think it is mostly concentrated caffeine.

You guys are probably right. It's fake energy used to trick the body into doing work.
