I am so excited...I calculated my weight loss since joining Fat Secret mid January of this year. 65 glorious pounds. It is hard to imagine. The time has flown by and for any of you who are new hang tough it will come off. I know I have had my share of doubts but today I think I will reach my first goal 185 lbs by September. Then we will see what my body tells me. I am feeling footloose and fancy free today. Thank you all for your encouragement. Especially my daughter who keeps me grounded. Have a great Sunday. And to top it off my Weight History has turned blue. Yea Blue!!!!

FANTASTIC!!! I am so thrilled for you mom!! It is so wonderful to see you being positive and excited today. I hope that reaching this junction in your journey supports you in quieting those voices that tell you not to expect success or even that you might not deserve something as wonderful as feeling good about you!!! You are living proof that weight will come off at any age and even when exercise doesn't fit into your lifestyle!! I am so very proud of your accomplishment and look forward to sharing in more celebrations in the future!! WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
