I keep finding and losing two lbs.
I did not gain on vacation, I stayed active. This week I have ridden my bike three miles three days, and walked two miles with hubs 2 days. Back to work part time Monday, then full time the following week. Hope I can get enough sleep, eat well, and exercise. Will I be able to fit in a grad school class...? Might be too much...
I hope you are all staying strong!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hello, try recording what you are eating daily to keep on track, happy losing :-)

Thank you for the encouragement. I had stopped recording my food for awhile. It is a valuable tool to be sure. When I was recording, I must say my initial weight loss was directly related to eating a lot of salmon and salad. Returning to work next week will present a challenge.
