Another 1.2lb loss. I'm a bit disappointed because I exercised like a demon this week. Hey ho, onwards and downwards.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done! You spent hours in the gym, and counted points to get where you are. don't be disappointed. Besides the number on the scale, there are many ways to measure success. You're meeting your goals. Your clothes fit and look better. You're getting fit, toned up and trim. You have strength and energy!!! Problem areas are shrinking. People are checking you out. AND overall, your weight chart looks FABULOUS, baby!

Thanks chick! I gave myself the 'day off' today, getting really fed up with the constant counting and exercise so allowed myself to eat what I wanted and have a few beers. I haven't really used any of my 35 'floating' points in the last few weeks so used 12 of them today. I've got the rest of the week to make it up before my next weigh in so should be okay.....
