I'm up .8 lb thinking it could be from water weight, as I drank a ton yesterday. I'm feeling sort of bloated and nauseous today and tired... Could be the weather, I miss the sun, I'm so sick of this foggy dreary weather we've been having for the past month. I added coffee back in today. It was tasty, not sure the effect will be on diet but whatever I needed it. I'm sort of debating weather or not I should move onto the next phase or stay in induction. With only a 4 lb loss, not sure what to do. Maybe I'll hold off for another week. Think I need to still do some tweaking, not to mention buy a food scale. I'm trying to keep the morale up, but I'm feeling defeated and sad that the weight doesn't come off for me like it does for other people. Just gotta stay positive and stick with it. Must say I'm proud of the willpower I've had, particularly last night when hubby was devouring a bowl of cookies and cream ice cream next to me. Just gotta keep truckin.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
