I fell off the wagon bad. I just started binging on Wednesday and didnt quit until today. I didnt journal my food the way Im supposed to, I just ate and ate and drank regular sodas and juice. But today is another day and as I looked in the mirror at my fat rolls I decided enough is enough I need to be in control of my life, I need to quit buying junk and only get healthy stuff, I need to be exercising instead of sitting on the couch. My goal is to be bad down the 2 pounds I gained by next Monday and down 5 by the end of this month.
