2200 kcal Fat: 162.86g | Prot: 122.76g | Carb: 67.91g.   Breakfast: polaner all fruit sugar free, One Minute Flax Meal Muffin, atkins milk chocolate delight shake, coffee, bacon, eggs, cheddar cheese. Lunch: atkins peanut butter crisp , Iced Tea (Large). Dinner: Whole Green Beans, coleslaw low carbed, Kings chicken. Snacks/Other: Atkins Endulge Chocolate Coconut Bar, bacon, fake fudge, pork rinds. more...
