I feel overwhelmed and sad that I have gotten to this place. Then again, I'm alive and I am now a non smoker with 1 year behind me. So what am I whining about?
I can do this. I am using 1-2 juice plus shakes and eating vegetables, fish, water, coffee, and tea. Fruit is limited to Breakfast if at all. Let's go I will weigh in again next Sunday, September 3.
