Well it is Friday, had a little drop in weight which is a good thing. Now for the weekend I am excited about posting my 30 day progress picture tomorrow and comments are welcome, I am just trying to get more definition now if I lose more weight that is fine if not that is fine I just don't want to be back over 200 again. I hope everyone has a good labor day weekend and makes good choices in life. :)

195.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
